From the living traditions of somatic psychology, contemplative psychotherapy and mindfulness, this 3-part series will offer deep insights and practical tools for strengthening your nervous system, dealing with chronic stress, and feeling more grounded, regulated and confident.
Each class will include a thematic discussion and a selection of experiential tools and exercises for increasing somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.
No special knowledge or skills are required to take this course. The information, exploration and practices will be gentle and accessible - all levels are welcome.
