Join us as we embark on an educational and experiential journey to help calm your stress and anxiety symptoms. We’ll blend state-of-the-art information about nervous system regulation with practical tips and exercises, and you’ll gain skills to feel better during these extremely challenging times.

  • Education about chronic stress and the nervous system, and why we’re likely to feel especially stressed out right now

  • Improved ability to notice and track sensations in the body

  • Guided experiences that will help your system re-learn that it CAN relax and re-center

  • Supported break-out groups for sharing your experiences with peers during the series

  • Tools that you can use on your own to feel immediate relief and enhance your overall resilience

  • Access to recordings
