Chronic stress and anxiety are so exhausting, aren't they?. Maybe on top of that there's some long-held trauma that keeps resurfacing. Maybe grief keeps knocking at your door.
I specialize in working with adults struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, trauma and grief.
I use a trauma-informed approach rooted in somatics, mindfulness, attachment theory and neuroscience.
In our work together, we may explore the following:
• Navigating emotional intensity and/or difficult feelings, sensations and behavior patterns
• Processing trauma & grief
• Understanding the neurophysiology of stress and resiliency
• Somatic skills for nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and stress relief
